XS Scuba, in cooperation with Miflex 2 s.r.l., Italy, has initiated a factory-authorized recall of Miflex High Pressure hoses manufactured between May 2009 and December 2011. This recall only affects HIGH PRESSURE hoses sold in the U.S. and Canada. No other Miflex hoses are affected by the recall.
To receive a FREE, factory authorized High Pressure hose, complete the form below and return any affected hose, freight prepaid, to:

Send high pressure hoses only, detached from regulator and gauge. No packaging or bill of sale is required to receive a replacement hose. Replacement hoses will be shipped, freight prepaid, to a U.S./Canada address within 2-3 weeks of receipt of your returned hose.
